Congratulations, you've just purchased bulk seats for your team. How do you assign these subscriptions?

• You'll receive an email from Trace with a list of subscription codes.

• Please share one code with each person you'd like to give access to, including yourself. Each code is good for starting one PlayerFocus Pro subscription. Once started, the subscriber can share access with three other family members.

• You can add your team members to your roster, and we'll send them an invitation to subscribe, where they can redeem the code for free access.

• If you don't want to take the time to add everyone, you can also send them a link to the first game, and they can use that to claim their player.

I've misplaced my codes. Can you resend them?

Please fill out a support ticket to request your codes.

One of my players has left the team. Can I reassign their subscription to another player?

No. Subscriptions are assigned to individual users and will continue to be assigned to players when they leave your team as long as the subscription term is active. You can archive any players you'd like to stop receiving game results for your team. They will have access to any game where they were on the roster but no future games.

Can I buy more subscriptions later in the season?

No. You have to choose the number of bulk subscriptions associated with your subscription at the time of purchase. If more team members want subscriptions later, they can purchase them individually.

Can I change the number of bulk subscriptions at renewal?

Yes. At the time of renewal, you can choose the number of bulk subscriptions you want to purchase. You'll get new codes to assign to your team members after you purchase the renewal.

How do I redeem my code?

5. Enter your redemption code
