Month-to-month subscribers can pause their subscription at any time. (Pausing is not available for annual subscriptions.)
How do I pause my subscription?
Log in to your Trace account
Navigate to the billing section and select the 'Pause' option.

Note: Only the main subscriber can pause a subscription. If the 'Pause' option isn't visible, please check under the Family tab to make sure you are logged in as the main account holder.
Set the time frame for how long you'd like to pause your subscription, and confirm.

When does my subscription Pause?
Your subscription will pause at the end of your billing cycle.
At the top of your billing page, you will see the date that your subscription will be paused.
How much does it cost to pause my subscription?
There is a $5/month charge to switch to offseason mode.
This fee allows us to keep your account, videos, and settings available so you can pick up where you left off when you start playing again.
How do I know when my subscription will auto-renew?
Once the pause duration you selected ends, your subscription will auto-renew.
You can see the date for the next upcoming charge at the top of your billing page.
