What is the one camera per team verification?

We love being able to provide the Trace AI camera for free so every team can film their games. To keep it fair and available for everyone, each team can only have one Trace camera assigned.

How do I verify one camera per team?

Once you complete your purchase, we send you a team confirmation link. You simply drop this link in your team's group chat. Once at least 7 families click on the link to verify their email, we run a check to make sure no one else on the team already has a camera.

When will my camera ship?

Once we verify you're the only person on the team with a camera, your equipment ships the next business day.
