Fill out your roster as soon as possible after you Edit your team.
Add a new player
In the top left, tap the hamburger menu and select your team, then choose the roster tab.
Tap the number of the Tracer you want to add a player to
Add the player's email address. You can use a player or parent email address here, but make sure you are not using an address associated with another player.
Add the player's name (required) and phone number (not required but helpful if they want to get game alerts via text). Tap Save.
Continue to add the rest of your roster.
Each player or parent will get an invite to the roster, and will have the ability to manage their family's contact info and emails.
If you do not have a player email at the time of creating your roster, we recommend using the parent's email. The email recipient will receive an invite to join the roster, and will be able to manage the family structure and email addresses.
Remove a player from a tracer
Open the player edit options:
Desktop: Hover on the three dots to the right of the player name
Mobile: tap on the player
Tap "Remove from tracer", and confirm you want to remove them.
Player will be moved to the Players without Tracers section at the bottom of the page.
Move a player to a different tracer
Open the player edit options:
Desktop: Hover on the three dots to the right of the player name
Mobile: tap on the player
Tap "Move to another tracer"
Choose the Trace number you want to move the player to
Remove a player from the team
Open the player edit options:
Desktop: Hover on the three dots to the right of the player name
Mobile: tap on the player
Tap "Remove from tracer", and confirm you want to remove them.
Tap remove player, and confirm you want to remove them.
Show or add archived players
Check the "Show archived" box
Open the player edit options:
Desktop: Hover on the three dots to the right of the player name
Mobile: tap on the player
To restore a player, tap "Un-archive".
What happens to archived or restored players?
Archived players will continue to have access to previous games, as long as they are still associated with an active subscription.
They will not receive links to any new games the team they were removed from plays and will not see them in their game results.
If they are removed from a team, but are on other teams in the club, they will continue to see results links for any team where they are active on the roster.
If you restore an archived player to a team, they will have access to all of that team's games, not just the ones they played on.
Adding family member
Open the player edit options:
Desktop: Hover on the three dots to the right of the player name
Mobile: tap on the player
Choose "Add a family member".
Add an email for their family member, then their name (required) and phone number (optional).
