Trace won't pair

I can't pair the trace with my iPhone.

I get a screen that reads select an accessory, but nothing is listed.

Hi Martin,

It may take up to a minute for Trace to appear in the Select an Accessory box, so give it some time. We have a getting started guide on the web that shows you the process:

If you still can't pair your Trace, turn your Trace off, then turn bluetooth on your phone off and back on and repeat the process. This works 99% of the time!

I'm having the same issue and have been trying the abovementioned solution for quite a while. Any further advice?

Hi Jake,

Once you get to that screen, Trace will show up eventually. You might need to wait up to a minute for Trace to populate in the list.
