What’s included in Trace iD Basic?

Every Trace subscription includes Trace iD Basic. When you first launch Trace iD, it automatically comes with one private and one public playlist, links to your last 5 games, player stats and a bio. You can add up to 10 highlights to each playlist, download full playlists as a single video, and upload video from outside of Trace. Want more playlists? Or more than 10 highlights in each playlist? You can subscribe to Trace iD+ for unlimited playlists with unlimited highlights.

Everything in Trace iD Basic, plus unlimited playlists with unlimited highlights, download full playlists as a single video, and upload video from outside of Trace. You can also customize your playlist titles and colors.

My team is no longer Tracing, and I have Trace iD+. Where are my highlights and games?

All your highlights and games are available right inside your Trace iD.

You’ll find all your past highlights under the Highlights tab, and all your past games in the Games tab.

How do I cancel my subscription?

• Make sure you are logged in to the account you want to cancel.

• Go to your Trace iD. In the top left corner, you will find the menu.

• Select Manage Subscriptions, and choose the option to cancel.

• If you need to move the subscription to another family member, please fill out a support ticket for assistance.
