Trace Case not Uploading or Connecting to Network


To connect your Trace Case to the internet, follow the instructions for uploading.

If your Trace Case does not connect during the regular upload process, check other devices to make sure your internet connection is working. If you are sure your internet connection is working, follow these steps to reset your case:

  1. Unplug the power from the Trace Case.

  2. Press the Reset button for three seconds.

    Use a paperclip to press the Reset button
  3. Plug the Trace Case back into Ethernet and Power to try the upload again.
