If your camera told you that it was having trouble and it needs help, please attempt the following.
Note: resetting the camera will not affect any saved videos on the camera's hard drive.
With the camera unplugged, use a Paperclip to press the Reset button under the Camera. Please hold down for 10 seconds and release.
Plug the camera into power and ethernet.
Connecting your camera to both power and ethernet enables our support team to monitor its status and provide troubleshooting assistance. Without this connection, we cannot see your logs and will not be able to further assist with your issue.
