App stops logging

The app stops logging my runs within a few minutes - it starts recording normally, but then it just disappears. I can successfully use the option to "recover lost data," but it just shows the initial few minutes (the most was 5 minutes of recording). It's as if the app just crashed after a few minutes of running.

I tried it three times on three different days this season, last time on 2016/1/1 using version 5.0.2 (there was an update since the previous time I tried), but the outcome was the same every time.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, Android 5.1.1. I'm familiar with the app - I used it last season on an older phone and it used to work great

Hi RK,

You likely have some power settings set that don't allow Trace to run in the background. Please make sure you've given Trace all of the permissions it needs.
